MADE OF IRON!

Are you training for some of the world’s most incredible triathlon events? Are you planning your visit to gem races to gain a lifetime of memories? If yes, then this camp is designed for you!

The Ironman preparation camp program offers a balance of swim, bike, and run sessions with a maximum of three sessions a day, which include a strength and conditioning or yoga session to support your training. The distances and intensities reflect the training load required to complete an Ironman.

Swim sessions are made of a combination of technical pool training and open-water skills in Meditteranean crystal blue waters. Our bike routes are designed to maximize efficiency and focus on different components of riding. Be prepared for some challenging hill climbs! Last but not least, run sessions include flat coastlines as well as non-technical trails focusing on technique and skills.

Transition advise as well as practical training on running off the bike is also included in this experience.  Each day we host a workshop, discussing topics addressed in our training sessions as well as nutrition, hydration & equipment.

So let’s train like a Pro for five days and make 2023 a season to remember in gold!

Note: All the itinerary is flexible and none of it is compulsory. This is a draft outline of the sort of training we would look to clear during the week but the emphasis is also on enjoyment so feel free to do as much or as little as you like. We’re not expecting the weather to disrupt our plans but just in case it does we do have fallback options. All participants will have communication with Sean prior to the camp to tailor things to suit and have some pre camp dialogue to answer any questions you may have.

Athena Beach Hotel

Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel is a four-star, beachfront hotel in Kato Paphos within easy walking distance from the picturesque harbor, the archaeological sites, the shops, and the nightlife. A bus stop is just outside the hotel and taxis are always available. Parking in the hotel car park is free for guests. The resort is situated 15 km away from the Paphos International Airport and 140 km from Larnaca International Airport. Also within short driving distance are two super golf courses. 1. Non-training partners

This trip is well suited to non-training partners and families. The 4 & 5-star resorts have an abundance of activities and amenities, including multiple pools, game rooms, restaurants, and a luxury spa. The hotels are within walking distance to the beach and the port, which are bustling with shops and restaurants. Other island activities include hiking, touring, and camel-back riding.

2. Single travelers and twin rooms to share

Single travelers are welcome on all our camps, holidays, and tours! We trust that you will have a great time and meet like-minded people. As a single traveler you can have a single room or if you want to avoid the single supplement we can pair you up with another rider (of the same sex) so you can join us without having to pay extra.

3. Getting There

Transfers from and to Pafos International Airport (PFO) are included in your package. However, if you need to travel to Larnaca International Airport (LCA) a number of options are also available. Please look at our Larnaca Transfers page for further information.

4. What to Bring

For the run, you will need a normal run kit and cap or race visor. For more info on the training kit please check out FAQS.

5. Food

Packages include Half Board catering that can be tailored to suit vegetarian, vegan, and other diets. Please get in touch to let us know about your special dietary requirements.

6. General, visa, passport, and health information

7. Medical certificate

To participate in one of our camps you need to fill in the medical form or have a medical certificate signed by your doctor within the last year from the camp date. You can find the medical form here.

9. How to Book

Click on the Book Now at the top right hand of the page. At the time of booking, we require a non-refundable deposit per person plus any applicable entry fee.
