Every week is structured around sufficient training but athletes are welcome to extend their rides, runs etc. Please note that Sports Holidays Cyprus is not responsible for any trainining carried out before the commence of each training week.

There are no special fitness requirements for any our training camps, holidays or tours. However, you need to be prepared for a week of daily training sessions.
